BMI Calculator

Use this Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator based on height and weight to help you determine if you are overweight or obese, or have key risk factors for developing heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes.

Heart Disease Risk Assessment

Doctors and other members of the care team often use a risk assessment tool to help predict your risk of developing a heart attack or dying from coronary disease in the next 10 years. If you are 20 or older without known heart disease and do not have diabetes, use this tool to determine your risk, and then talk your results over with your doctor.

Know Your Cholesterol

There are four types of cholesterol that you and your doctor should be concerned with to determine if your cholesterol is too high: total cholesterol, high-density cholesterol (HDL), low-density cholesterol (LDL), and triglycerides. Use this calculator to help determine if your cholesterol numbers are on track.
