Today , India’s Men in Blue defeated their arch rival Pakistan in one of the most closely contested matches in the T 20 World Cup game by winning merely by 6 runs in Long Island, NY. Pakistani pacers bowled sensationally well along with excellent fielding limiting India to only 119 runs .

Rishab Pant’s 42 in 31 balls and Axar Patels 20 runs in 18 balls and a wicket along with Indian Tail enders Arshdeep and Siraj contributing invaluable 16 runs together played a pivotal role in the win . Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya were the men behind the carnage as India made a terrific comeback. The duo combined to pick three wickets in the middle. In the end, Arshdeep Singh held his nerve and defended the target to win the match for his team by six runs.
