Sir Richard Starkey, better known by his stage name Ringo Starr joined the Beatles on August 18, 1962 replacing Pete Best . As the drummer for the Beatles. He sang 11 songs as lead vocals with the group, including "Yellow Submarine" and "With a Little Help from My Friends". He also wrote and sang the Beatles songs "Don't Pass Me By" and "Octopus's Garden", and is credited as a co-writer of others.
Ringo still Singing and Playing phenomenal drums at 82 !
