Family Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer Thomas MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a dedicated and caring Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She grew up in Northeast Ohio and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2018, where she developed advanced skills in clinical assessment, evidence-based practice and patient education.
Jennifer has been working at Cardiology Center of Houston since 2022. She is committed to acute and chronic disease management, preventive care and health education, partnering closely with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness. Jennifer prioritizes building strong relationships with patients and creating a supportive, respectful environment that encourages open communication and trust.
Jennifer is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and engages in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in healthcare.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys being a mom and spending time with her friends, family and pets, as well as reading and swimming.
